We’re on vacation in Stuttgart’s city center!

People stroll about the city center — to go shopping, marvel at shop windows, get attracted by beautiful things, and forget about time. In the city, everyone huddles together. On sunny days, a sea of dark sunglasses moves across the asphalt. Behind them pairs of eyes on the lookout.

Starting 10 am on the WKV outdoor area the Terrace opens and welcomes you with hot drinks. Chess fans play against friends and strangers while the artistic installation Sky Notes hovers between us and the sun. At 11 am Dua Look’s queerobics class rampes up our bodies. Participants please gather at the travel center on Schlossplatz.

Lunch is served in the canteen at noon. Artists and visitors are warmly invited to dine together. After lunch, one shall collectively rest or take a thousand steps, join us in the dance piece »Sleepdance« or the city walk »Blickpunkt« with Trott-war e.V. Since these rhythms don’t apply to young people aged 10-14 today they can learn the basics of programming and VJing in the Creative Coding workshop. The afternoon offers cold footbaths and sandwiches on the terrace. From 4 pm concerts in the music pavilion in front of the Königsbau bring more music, and at 5 pm you can join an urban ecology walk in cooperation with Nabu Stuttgart. At sunset, we gather at the StadtPalais for a DJ set and dancing before swarming out into the Stuttgart night. The Stuttgarter Zeitung reports.
